Our coaching staff has over 38 years of weightlifting experience, combined. Along with coaching staff whom have competed on a national level in weightlifting, earned the titles such as California State Champion, The Arnold Classic Master Champion, Top 10 world ranked weightlifter in the Women's 75 kg class, multiple medalist placing, in numerous National Weightlifting Championships, during their prime years in competition.

Our training model is based upon evidenced based research, to assure optimal results, in a timely & measurable manner. Our model is divided into three phases, each lasting 3 months in duration. Phase I is the Preparation Phase, in which the client/athlete is developing one's technique which includes foot positioning, body alignment, and breath control. This is the basic building blocks to lay down a stable foundation upon which to build upon. Phase II is the Conditioning Phase, in which we continue to further strengthen our body's joints and ligaments, while further improving our core strength, kinesthetics, and balance. All of these components are necessary, to assure a successful completion of the Strength Phase, which is the third, and final phase. The Strength Phase incorporates heavier resistance, with improvement of speed, and less rest time, between sets. We are now into the strength training program in which exponential gains will be made. Following Phase III, our client/athletes will have the option of Phase IV which is our Competition Phase, in which the principles of periodization are incorporated, with the expectation of participating in weightlifting competitions, along with training in a group setting, once social distancing is no longer required.
Our gym is fully equipped with standard weightlifting equipment including barbells, and bumper plates, as well as the classic iron plates. We incorporate the TRX Suspension System, utilize dumbbells, kettlebells, and power bags. The only machine we have in the gym, is the one that walks in, wearing a pair of shoes...your body.

We bring what your body needs to get stronger, better, and faster. We can set up in your home, office, or even your parking space! Only takes minutes to set up the gym, even less time to remove it all, when we’re done! We’ll travel up to 20 miles, from our headquarters location!
We have successfully secured a fitness studio suite located in Sacramento, CA, for those that prefer the "in your face" coaching services. We can tell, if you're playing possum, or not, so come and get your body rebuilt the Apex Training way!
Our long term goal for the year 2023, is to open a 5,000 square foot gym, which will be community based, for ALL to join.

60-minute sessions, functional warm-up, address movement progression, build muscle, lose fat, gain speed and agility. Includes Cutting Phase program included, to meet your goals more quickly.

30-minute sessions to include flexibility work, primary goal to build strength and endurance. Cutting Phase program included as a bonus.
